Fredrik has worked in the pharmaceutical and med.tech sector for over 25 years in a Nordic and International context.
A selection of previous positions Fredrik has held includes Regional Director Meda AB, Country President AstraZeneca Thailand, Country President AstraZeneca Austria, Area Director Balkan&Baltics AstraZeneca, Business Development Director AstraZeneca, other managerial roles at AstraZeneca and preceding entities, member of the Board Akla AB.
Education: MSc Industrial Engineering and Management, Chalmers University of Technology. Complementary studies in Literature and Political Science, Gothenburg University and Stockholm university.
Malin Hollander
CFO
Malin has more than + 20 years of operational experience from leading financial positions,
among other things as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Kry's Nordic office with responsibility for finance, analysis, IT, purchasing, legal and real estate. Malin has held roles such as CFO/Chief Information Officer (CIO) at PBM Sweden AB, CFO/COO at Medlink and Interim Financial Controller at Spotify.

Head of Business Development
Clas has more than 25 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry. He has worked both as sales manager and CEO and has extensive experience in sales, marketing and product launches of medicines for medical equipment. He has worked for Pfizer, Novartis, Sandoz and Eisai. He was part of starting Unimedic Pharma.

Clas is responsible for FrostPharma's business development and is also responsible for some of the products. The days consist of looking for new potential products for the Nordic market, but also new local product developments.

Rebecca Grund
COO
Rebecka has 20+ years of experience in the life science area, in roles such as Sales Manager, Business Unit Manager, Franchise Lead and Transformation Lead, at AstraZeneca, Meda and Roche, among others. The experiences range from major general diseases such as respiratory tract, pain and gastro, to oncology, hematology and rare diseases.
Rebecka is an economist, behavioral scientist and coach.
Anna Machado
Head of QA/PV/RA
Anna has a Degree of Master of Science in Pharmacy and has almost 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
Anna has worked as a pharmacist in pharmacies both in Sweden and in France and has been Responsible Person for a wholesaler in a Caribbean Island.
Within the pharmaceutical industry Anna has had roles within quality as Responsible Person/Qualified Person and within regulatory, pharmacovigilance and marketing compliance.
Anna has worked for companies such as Sanofi, Roche, McNeil and Recordati.
